Gambardeli’s Marvellous Medallions

Tender chunks of protein all ready to use straight into your casserole or sauce or thread onto a skewer and drizzle with oil for kebabs, Gambardeli’s Marvellous Medallions are a hit with young and old.

Marvellous Medallions – so versatile, so delicious. Served here as a casserole with baby onions and mushrooms in a tasty sauce enriched with fresh herbs.

Slightly richer with the addition of a little oil, Gambardeli’s Marvelous Medallions are equally tasty in a  casserole or in Marinara Sauce served with pasta and salad or threaded on a skewer as a kebab.  Although Gambardeli’s Medallions have a little oil added, they are still low in fat and need to be drizzled with oil before grilling, heating in the oven or BBQ.

Our serving suggestion is for a casserole.
