Gambardeli’s Righteous Ribz
Gambardeli’s Righteous vegan Ribz are hearty and slightly smoky. Great on theBBQ, grill or in the oven, drizzle with oil or BBQ sauce.

We’ve included our favourite BBQ sauce recipe but you can use your own favourite. Ideal to treat yourself and your friends and family.

We love Gambardeli’s Righteous Ribz drizzled with oil, heated in the oven and glazed with our favourite BBQ glaze – Balsamic vinegar and date glaze with spices – for the last 2 minutes. Cooks very quickly especially on the BBQ.
Instructions for use:
Remove all packaging, place on baking tray. First drizzle with oil and heat through in the oven GM5, 180C or grill or fry. Then glaze with your favourite BBQ sauce for the last 2 minutes. Heats quickly especially on the BBQ. Rewrap any leftovers and freeze immediately.
Store Ribz in the fridge. Can be frozen up to 3 months when placed in freezer before the use by date.
Ingredients:Wheat flour, Nutritional Yeast with B12, Onion Powder, Peanut butter (100% peanuts), Soya Sauce (water, soya beans, wheat, salt), Tomato, Oil (Rapeseed), Smoke powder, Spices and Salt

Sugar free BBQ Glaze
1 cup of Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup of dates soaked and pureed
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon tomato puree
Mix all ingredients together into a glaze. Use to coat the Ribz before heating and again when warmed through. The glaze can be served as a dip with the Ribz. Keep in a covered jar.
