Our Epic Roasts are great for roast and pot roasts as a stunning centre piece for your meal when there’s not so many of you. Our Epic Roasts are simply pieces of our tender protein. You can of course cut it into smaller pieces to suit your needs. Makes a great present for a friend or just to treat yourself.

To Roast Gambardeli’s Epic Roast
First Drizzle Gambardeli’s joints with oil, then sprinkle with your favourite rub before cooking in the oven. Just add some oil or coconut oil before cooking as it’s low in fat.Leftover slices can be used in sandwiches, cold cuts, salads or reheated in gravy for a quick, tasty meal.
Served here with steamed seasonal vegetables, tender stem broccoli, carrots and asparagus with new potatoes. Gravy is always a favourite in our house however, its just as delicious with horseradish or mustard. For that special celebration coat the Gambardeli’s joint in a mushroom Duxelle and cover with pastry to make a delicious Wellington! Make sure to have extra as everyone will want some!

To Pot Roast Gambardeli’s Epic Roast
Great as a pot roast with root vegetables and vegetable stock. Just brown the roast first, then brown your vegetables, before popping then into a pot Add vegan stock and either bake in a medium oven or simmer on the stove top.
Because everyone deserves great tasting, nutritious food!
600gms should feed 4-6 people.
Ingredients: Wheat Gluten, Gram Flour (Chickpeas and lentils), mixed Mushrooms, Soya Sauce (soya beans, wheat, salt) Oil (Rapeseed), Miso (fermented soya paste with salt), Herbs, Spices and Sea Salt.

Instructions for use: Store in fridge. Remove all packaging and use within 48 hours of opening. Rewrap any leftovers and freeze immediately. Cook before use.[/vc_column_text]
