Serving suggestion for Gambardeli’s sausages
Our succulent sausages are possibly the tastiest on the market according to our customers. They are flavoured with herbs and a little spice as a background note. Our sausages are very filling. Each pack is approximately 190 gms and contains on average 4 sausages.
Margaret recommends you thaw the sausages before cooking in order to make sure that the middle of the sausages are warm.
Spray with a little oil or put a tablespoon of your favourite oil into the pan before frying. Coating the sausages with your chosen oil is recommended before adding them to the BBQ as Gambardeli’s sausages are naturally low in fat.
However, if you wish to avoid adding oil you can simply pop your sausages either whole or sliced into a sauce such as a tomato sauce and serve over pasta.
If oven cooking then the sausages must be covered with a sauce so that they do not dry out as they are low in fat.
Sausages are delicious fried in a little oil with onion gravy and served with mashed potatoes or as a breakfast.
Many of our customers love Gambardeli sausages on the BBQ- just remember to oil before grilling- or in a sandwich with some brown sauce.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Soya sauce (Water, Soya beans, Wheat & Salt) Nutritional yeast with B12, Gram flour (chickpea and lentil flour), Mushrooms, onion, garlic, paprika, oregano, parsley, sage, cumin, corriander, cardomen, black pepper, cayenne pepper and sea salt.

Instructions for use: Store in fridge. Remove all packaging and use within 48 hours of opening. Rewrap any unused and freeze immediately. For best results cook before use.[/vc_column_text]
