Gambardeli’s meatfree Steaks are perfect for frying, braising and grilling on the BBQ. The ultimate steak romantic dinner just became meatfree. Just oil the steaks lightly before grilling on the BBQ or frying in a little oil. You can slice or cube them to use in your favourite recipes. Sliced meatfree steaks feature in an appetising stir fry whilst cubes are great when seared and added to vegetables for a hearty stew. Cut up the meatfree steaks and pop in a food processor to mince them to your preferred texture. Whether you prefer a chunkier mince or finer you can make it to your wishes. We use the minced meatfree steaks to make the meat filling for our steak pies, Cornish style pasties and a host of recipes such as a Ragout Sauce for pasta or as a filling for lasagne.
